Croisonido was born from a simple obsession: what happens when a pastry chef who trained in Lyon and a DJ who soundtracked Medellín's underground scene find themselves sharing a kitchen table in El Poblado?
The answer was 27 layers of butter-laminated dough, fried to a honeyed crisp, glazed with rotating seasonal flavors — and a sound system tuned to progressive house frequencies that fill the room like perfume.
